The hotel is just outstanding in every way. The owners truly made us feel at home, the rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable, and QUIET! We slept extremely well here. Unlike many small French hotels, there is excellent and safe private off street parking. The location is superb: it’s very easy to find, and almost everything in Aubusson is in easy walking distance. Erik was a wealth of information on the area, and made the best cup of coffee I had on the entire trip. The continental breakfast is also excellent. If the light from outside bothers you, keep in mind that the shutters actually work: you just have to open the window to pull them shut and you have total blackout. In short, everything about this small boutique hotel was top notch. I would give it six stars if I could! Highly recommended!
